Are you a senior Family Solicitor with the ambition to shape the future of family law Our client a highly regarded independent practice in Central London is seeking an experienced solicitor to handle their most complex and high-value HNW cases. If youre looking for a leadership role with direct impact clear progression to partnership and access to landmark cases this is your next step.
The Role: Senior Leadership & Complex Caseload
Take lead responsibility for the firms most challenging family law matters including divorce high-value financial settlements and cross-border childrens issues
Advise HNW clients on complex sensitive and multi-jurisdictional cases
Mentor and supervise junior solicitors fostering best practice and professional development
Drive business development and contribute to the firms strategic growth
Collaborate with partners on firm-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing
Requirements: Senior Skills & Experience
9 years PQE as a Family Solicitor within a reputable UK practice
Extensive experience acting for HNW clients on complex and multi-jurisdictional matters
Deep technical expertise in high-value financial settlements and childrens law
Strong leadership mentoring and client relationship skills
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Proven commercial acumen discretion and commitment to excellence
