Job Summary
A real estate development company is seeking an IT & Property Systems Manager to oversee company technology and property-related systems. This role supports day-to-day IT needs while managing operational platforms across the real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing Yardi and other property management systems
Tracking construction and property-related expenses
Overseeing access control systems key cards and mobile credentials
Providing general IT support (hardware software troubleshooting)
Coordinating with vendors for upgrades integrations and technical issues
Ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Ideal Qualifications:
Experience with Yardi or similar software
Strong IT troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and processes
Excellent organizational and technical skills
