The candidate should have considerable knowledge in SAP Functional Modules Materials Management including basic configuration of these modules.
. Receive analyze and resolve Level 2 SAP support tickets from end-users.
. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.
. Escalate complex issues to Level 3/functional teams with detailed documentation.
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders ensuring clarity on incident status and resolution.
. Assist users with system navigation transaction execution and functional queries.
. Support minor SAP system configuration changes under supervision.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents solutions and known error records.
. Contribute to knowledge base updates to reduce recurring incidents.
. Participate in process improvement initiatives and SAP system enhancements.
. Provide feedback for system optimization and automation opportunities.
Administrative
. Adherence to all company mandated responsibilities.
. Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related field.
. 1-3 years of SAP Functional experience with exposure to SAP Materials Management (MM) Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
. Exposure to multinational clients or multi-entity setups is preferred.
. Familiarity with SAP Level 2 Support activities including incident management service requests problem management and defect management
. Ability to prioritize and manage tickets communicate with end users and provide timely solutions.
