About the role
Role overview
We are looking for an AI Recruitment Enabler (also referred to asTalent Growth Engineer)to join a small agile team led by Alizée Limare. Thisrole combines recruitment enablement process automation and AI experimentation. Youll design and implement scalable systems that empower hiring managers (mostly founders partners) to recruit faster smarter and more efficiently. This is not a traditional Talent role: its a mix of growth hacking ops product and coaching ideal for someone who wants to reinvent how recruitment operates in a venture studio environment.
Your Key Missions
Recruitment Enablement
Build and continuously improve self-service recruitment frameworks for hiring managers.
Provide ready-to-use playbooks tools and templates covering sourcing outreach screening and candidate management.
Coach hiring managers (founders and partners) through structured weekly follow-ups ensuring they stay on track and leverage best practices.
Monitor pipeline performance and provide actionable data dashboards.
Automation & AI Innovation
Automate as many stages of the recruitment funnel as possible using AI no-code and custom workflows.
Explore and deploy new tools (e.g. AI video screening automated sourcing candidate engagement systems).
Build internal prototypes or collaborate with freelancers to develop automation bricks that eliminate friction.
Continuously identify and test new hacks or technologies to improve sourcing reach and efficiency.
Human Connection & Talent Nurturing
Maintain relationships with high-potential candidates not yet placed (talent nurturing).
Organize touchpoints (events lunches coffees) to keep top talent engaged with Hexas ecosystem.
Act as a brand ambassador alongside the community and partnerships teams.

Hexa team: Close collaboration with the Comms & Brand Team (branding video social) the Community & Partnerships Team and hiring managers across Hexas ventures (mostly Partners)

Ideal Profile
Experience & Background
14 years of experience in Growth Recruitment Sales or Operations ideally in a tech or startup environment.
Degree from a top engineering or business school (HEC ESSEC ESCP EM Lyon EDHEC Centrale Polytechnique Mines Télécom Ponts etc.).
Experience in automation data or no-code environments is a strong plus.
Understanding of recruitment or sales funnel logic would be nice.
Mindset & Skills
Entrepreneurial and experimental mindset: loves testing iterating and innovating fast.
Builder attitude pragmatic curious and comfortable learning new tools (AI automation workflow design).
Confident and structured communicator capable of coaching high-level stakeholders (founders partners).
Thrives in a fast-paced culture with high standards.
Strong interest in AI tech and process optimization.
