Italian Customer Support Specialist Remote or On-site Based in Greece
Full-time Italian (C2) & English (B2) Relocation Support Available
We are seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You can work on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere within Greece combining professional growth with a Mediterranean lifestyle.
Important: To join the team you must be living in Greece (Athens or anywhere else in the country) so you can enjoy the culture food and amazing beaches while working.
What Youll Do

Provide support to Italian-speaking customers via phone chat and email with professionalism and empathy

Troubleshoot technical and service issues with full training provided

Collaborate with an international team and grow your skills

Keep accurate records to ensure excellent customer experience
Who You Are
Italian (C2) and confident in English (B2)

Motivated curious and eager to learn

Ready to live anywhere in Greece (remote work allowed only within Greece)

Positive communicator and customer-oriented

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
