Position Responsibilities:
Manage billing and invoicing processes for the Vitality program activities including reconciliation and compliance.
Track and manage program costs to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
Conduct financial analysis to monitor profitability and support budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and deliver KPI reports engagement metrics and ad hoc reporting for collaborators.
Analyze program participation trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
58 years in financial analysis reporting or business analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.
University Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and visualization experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in health wellness or insurance programs.
Familiarity with KPI development and performance measurement.
Knowledge of market research and trend analysis.
Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range is expected to be between
$68775.00 CAD - $114625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location.
