Production Engineer Milton Keynes
Salary:
The Role
You will act as a technical link between engineering and production ensuring that manufacturing processes are robust safe and optimised for quality and output. Typical responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing production processes tooling and standard work.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across lean manufacturing quality and throughput.
- Providing technical guidance to production teams and liaising closely with design and engineering.
- Supporting new product introductions including process validation and documentation.
- Investigating root causes of manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and internal procedures.
About You
We are looking for a proactive engineer with strong problem-solving skills and experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You should bring:
- A background in Production Manufacturing Process or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience improving production processes and supporting CI initiatives.
- Knowledge of lean tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a practical hands-on approach.
