What Were Looking For

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN RMN or RNLD) with an active PIN.
Experience working in a nursing home or similar residential setting.
Strong understanding of dementia care and person-centred support.
Confident in clinical assessments medication administration and safeguarding practices.
Calm proactive and able to work independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safe and effective care throughout the night ensuring residents feel secure comfortable and well-supported.
Oversee medication management care planning and clinical decision-making.
Respond promptly to any changes in residents health needs.
Collaborate with night care teams offering guidance coaching and clinical expertise.
Maintain high standards of documentation and uphold CQC compliance.
Build positive relationships with residents families and colleagues to promote a supportive community.
