Job Summary
Assets Servicing Manager
We are partnering with a leading global financial institution to recruit an Assets Servicing Manager for their Warsaw office. This is a senior operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of Asset Servicing across multiple entities ensuring accuracy compliance and operational efficiency. The position offers an opportunity to lead a team drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives within a dynamic international environment.
As Assets Servicing Manager you will oversee corporate action processing dividend and coupon management and ensure robust risk controls are in place. You will also play a key role in operational reporting audits and system enhancements.
Job location:
Warsaw Poland
Hybrid model / onsite for 3-4 days per week
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily Asset Servicing tasks across TBIS CFE BGC and GFIS entities.
- Oversee processing of dividends coupons corporate actions and claims management including segregation of client money.
- Prepare metrics and data for Operations Risk meetings and communicate risks to senior management.
- Plan and organize month-end reporting and balance sheet substantiation for operational accounts.
- Drive system changes and process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Support personal and career development of direct reports.
- Handle operational tax issues tax reclaims and IRS WHT reconciliation.
- Coordinate annual external audits and operational resilience reviews.
- Participate in weekly calls with FO business to discuss upcoming corporate action events.
- Lead projects such as Kyriba payment streamlining Xsprisa re-engineering Duco implementation and CSS enhancements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Detailed knowledge of asset servicing events and strong understanding of equity and fixed income products.
- Experience in operational reporting and risk management.
- Excellent organizational planning and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to identify assess and mitigate operational risks.
- Proven leadership skills and track record of achieving results through team collaboration.
- Professional attitude with high ethical standards and integrity.
