Job Summary
Description
Our client a well-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their leadership team in Cape Town . This is a senior-level position offering direct reporting lines to executive management and significant influence over business development and profitability.
Requirements:
- BSc or BTech Quantity Surveying
- 12-15 years of estimating experience in a building environment
- Solid proficiency in CCS BuildSmart MS Office
- Experience in project scoping/BOQ development measurement take-offs from site and plan developing material labour subcontractor plant and equipment budgets compiling project programs and cashflow forecasts
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract suites: GCC JBCC NEC and FIDIC
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Valid drivers license
