Health & Safety Officer
Hours: 22.5 Per Week
Salary: 18664.20 (31107 FTE) Per Annum
Are you passionate about creating safe compliant environments St Lukes Hospice is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to lead and support our commitment to safety for patients staff volunteers and visitors.
What youll do:
Develop and review health & safety policies and procedures.
Conduct and advise on risk assessments and audits across clinical and non-clinical areas.
Deliver engaging Health and Safety training.
Investigate incidents and liaise with regulatory bodies.
Foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
What were looking for:
IOSH Diploma 1 or equivalent
Experience in health & safety advisory roles ideally in healthcare or hospice settings.
Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation.
Skilled in training delivery and risk assessment.
