In this key role you will work closely with local communities to build strong connections and improve wellbeingmaking a real difference in the lives of children families and the broader Wimmera community. Youll bring people together support community development and coordinate services so they work seamlessly for those who need them most.
A major focus of this role is leading the Wimmera Child and Family Alliance a partnership funded by the Department of Families Fairness and Housing (DFFH). Youll have the opportunity to turn ideas into action plan innovative initiatives and track their impactshaping how services collaborate to meet community needs.

You will engage with the community by listening to local voices strengthening stakeholder relationships and championing initiatives that leave a lasting impact. Your work will ensure that services not only meet needs but create positive meaningful experiences for children and families.
