Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Full-Time Early Years Role 28000

What Were Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Experience or strong understanding of working with children aged 05
Knowledge of safeguarding child protection and early years frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience creativity empathy and a genuine passion for early childhood education
Basic first aid awareness; willingness to complete paediatric first aid training if required

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities to support childrens learning and development.
Observe assess and record childrens progress contributing to regular reports and updates.
Ensure a safe stimulating and hygienic environment in line with safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Foster positive relationships with children parents and colleagues through effective communication.
Assist with daily routines including mealtimes hygiene and care needs.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to support smooth daily operations.
