We are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator for 37hrs per week between the hours of 8.15am-4.00pm Monday to Friday (with a 0.5 hour lunch break) term time only plus 3 INSET Days.
Role Summary & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Maintain the visitors log book
- Provide information and assistance via telephone email and Arbor
- Offer secretarial clerical and administrative support to the team
- Assist with Attendance input on a daily basis
- Marketing & managing social media platforms
- Assist with trip organisation and fund raising events
- Liaise with school transport
Essential Characteristics:
- Highly organised and proactive
- Excellent communication skills (with children and adults)
- Good IT Skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate starts at 13.26 per hour (MNSP Grade 3 Point 5).
- FTE Salary: 25583 - 26403 gross per annum
- Actual Starting Salary - 21980 gross per annum (1831 gross per month).
- Pay Progression: Post holder moves to the next pay point after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
- Additional holiday pay
- Excellent pension scheme.
