Were looking for a Sales and Compensation Strategy Manager to join our Global Sales Strategy & Operations Team to help design and execute our global Ads Sales incentive programs. Youll work closely with sales leaders strategy teams and finance to ensure our sales teams across 30 countries have the right targets rewards and motivation to drive business success.

This role is a mix of strategy and executionyoull analyze sales performance support the creation of incentive plans and work on improving processes through automation and standardization. If youre looking to drive impact in a global setting and gain exposure to leadership this is a great opportunity.

What youll be doing

  • Own and execute the incentive design for Ads Sales globally at Wolt to drive top line revenue
  • Work closely with sales leadership sales strategy finance and product teams to drive the development implementation and administration of new sales incentive structures
  • Build and maintain complex forecast models that drive the sales organizations goals
  • Continuously assess business performance drive diagnostics and deliver data-driven recommendations on ways to improve output
  • Set and track to accurate quota targets across various sales organizations that align with our strategic topline and company goals
  • Create compelling and accurate visualization reports that track sales commissions while providing insights into business performance
  • Focus on improving standardization and automation of all processes to do with quota incentive design and attainment/commissions tracking

Our humble expectations*

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales operations business planning analytics or a related field.
  • Youre an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL experience strongly preferred as is experience with CRMs (Salesforce PipeDrive Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in global sales strategy and working on high-impact projects with leadership exposure.
