Full-Time Position
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday - 7:30AM to 3:30PM
What Youll Do
Welcome patients with a genuine friendly smile and set the tone for an excellent visit
Manage scheduling appointment confirmations and follow-ups with efficiency and care
Handle patient records billing insurance submissions and payments with accuracy
Keep front desk operations running smoothly throughout the day
Work closely with other administrator and clinical team to support seamless high-quality patient care
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 year of dental administration experience
Strong communication skills professionalism and a patient-centered approach
Organized dependable and able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
A warm upbeat personality and a team-first attitude
Someone who truly cares about people and wants to grow with us
