Electrical Design Engineer (Malvern PA. On-Site)

RAJANT CORPORATION the 20 year leader in industrial wireless patented Kinetic Mesh networking solutions providing full mobility and autonomous products is looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our Hardware Development team. This individual will need to be energetic self-motivated and intellectually curious determined to uphold Rajants highest level of product quality.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog digital and mixed-signal circuits for wireless communication systems

Collaborate on RF front-end design power management and high-speed digital interfaces (e.g. PCIe Ethernet USB)

Support PCB layout activities including schematic capture component selection and design reviews

Participate in hardware bring-up debugging and validation of new products

Work with firmware and systems teams to ensure optimal hardware/software integration and performance

Conduct signal and power integrity analysis as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Masters preferred
• 37 years of experience in electronic hardware design and product development preferably with wireless products or RF technologies
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design including power regulation and high-speed digital design
• Hands-on experience with RF or wireless hardware design particularly Wi-Fi (802.11) or similar technologies
• Familiarity with schematic and PCB design tools
• Must be proficient using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers
• Understanding of hardware validation DFM/DFT principles and reliability testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Job details: Full-Time annual salary with Full Benefits.

Location: Rajant Headquarters in Malvern PA. On-site (preferred) Hybrid (negotiable).

8hr shift Mon-Fri. 5 days per week. 9am-5pm.
