岗位目标: 使用精密的测量工具检验各种生产或者采购零件

岗位职责:

1在零件被放行到下一个工序前或者生产/装配线前检查工作生产或者采购零件扳金件和子装配件的质量

2遵守标准流程或者具体的作业指导来检查原材料达到卡特彼勒规范和质量要求.

3设定和操作量检具检查设备补偿校对目标值基准线和加工零件设备定位装置等

4完成主管指定的其它任务

背景/经验:

1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神

2技术学校或者更高学历. 机械专业或电气专业

3擅长机械图纸了解尺寸公差和相应测量方法

4擅长操作普通量检具如卡钳千分尺高度仪空气量仪等

5对CMM/PMM有一定知识.

6熟悉ISO9001或者TS16949能使用基本的质量控制方法如SPC等

7具备简单的计算机操作能力包括MS office办公软件

8至少3年检验或者质量控制相关的工作经验

9本岗位要求良好的质量意识和高度的责任心

JOB PURPOSE: Inspects a wide variety of purchased or manufactured parts with precision tools

JOB DUTIES:

1Inspects a wide variety of purchased or manufactured parts fabrications and sub-assemblies prior to release to Parts Department assembly lines or processing locations.

2Follows standard procedure or detailed instructions to check quality of material to Caterpillar specifications and standards of quality.

3Also sets up and operates layout fixtures to check and equalize machining stock align targets scribe lines and machine locator pads on production material.

4Other tasks assigned by supervisor

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1Be integrity good communication skill strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork

2Technical school or above is required. Mechanical or Electrical major is preferential.

3Be good at mechanical drawing geometrical dimension tolerance and measurement approaches

4Be good at normal gauge for caliper micrometers height gauge air gage and so on

5Knowledge of Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM/PMM).

6Be familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 Can use basic quality control method such as SPC

7Good computer operation skill including MS office

8At least 3 years working experiences in fields of inspection or quality control

9A good sense of quality and high responsibility are required for this position.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
