Job Summary:As a Senior Executive Assistant you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to our senior managers in a timely and professional manner. Your primary duties will include scheduling meetings making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To excel in this role you should be proactive meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and familiarity with office management technologies are :Coordinate Daily Calendars: Manage and organize the daily schedules of senior Appointments and Events: Schedule meetings appointments and other events of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and employees/ Reports and Update Databases: Regularly generate reports and maintain internal Phone Calls and Emails: Manage incoming calls and emails Internal Communication: Distribute information and schedule presentations within the Efficiency: Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot any and Recommend Policy Changes: Provide insights and recommend improvements to company policies.
