Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients strength mobility gait range of motion and pain to create tailored treatment plans.
  • Communicate changes in condition or treatment response to the Director of Nursing and physician.
  • Implement therapy programs and educate family members and caregivers on how to support care.
  • Prepare clinical documentation progress summaries and participate in discharge planning.
  • Provide respectful professional care to clients families and staff.

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:

  • Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Successful completion of the NPTE and/or state exam.
  • Active state licensure.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience.
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.
