Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:
- Assess clients strength mobility gait range of motion and pain to create tailored treatment plans.
- Communicate changes in condition or treatment response to the Director of Nursing and physician.
- Implement therapy programs and educate family members and caregivers on how to support care.
- Prepare clinical documentation progress summaries and participate in discharge planning.
- Provide respectful professional care to clients families and staff.
Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
- Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of the NPTE and/or state exam.
- Active state licensure.
- Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.
