He kōrero mō te tūranga The Role

This role is responsible for providing daily administration support in finance. This role assists with the processing of financial data entries for Accounts Receivable and Accounts

Payable functions as well as weekly reconciliation and reporting processes.

Youre an organised detail-oriented person who takes pride in accuracy and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will enjoy working with numbers systems and processes and youre confident managing priorities. You communicate clearly build strong working relationships and arent afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements. Youre proactive dependable and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

What you will need for this role:

Previous finance administrative support experience is a must

Confident using accounting software and MS Office 365 Word Excel Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

A problem solving mindset and willingness to learn

Good time management

Commitment and ability to apply the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency a full and clean drivers licence and a clean police record.
