Job Summary
Job Title: Locum Physician - Sleep Medicine
Join a distinguished healthcare facility in Greenville South Carolina as a locum physician specializing in Sleep Medicine. This practice Bon Secours Mercy Health Palmetto Pulmonary & Critical Care provides innovative care in a supportive environment allowing for both in-office consultations and the flexibility to read sleep studies remotely. With state-of-the-art facilities including an onsite lab and x-ray services you will be part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing patient access to sleep medicine services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for sleep-related disorders.
- Interpret sleep studies and provide follow-up care to patients.
- Manage and treat conditions such as Central Sleep Apnea Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
- Collaborate with a team of two sleep medicine physicians and six advanced practice providers.
- Utilize Epic for documentation and patient management.
- Provide patient education and support throughout their treatment journey.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Sleep Medicine (required).
- Active South Carolina medical license (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.
- Active South Carolina medical license.
- BLS Certification.
