Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

- Sepsis
- ARDS
- Renal failure
- Heart failure
- Pre-VAD workups
- Alcohol withdrawal
- Overdose
- Multi-organ failure
- Postcardiac arrest / TTM
- Respiratory failure / shock
Advanced Therapies/Equipment:
- CRRT
- EKOS
- IABP
- ECMO
- Impella
Ratios: Generally 1:2; occasional 1:1 based on acuity
