Your Opportunity

We are looking for askilled and structured IT/OT Security Governance & Coordination Managerto joinBusiness Area Smelters. In this role you will ensure that our smelters operational technology (OT) environments are secure resilient and compliant with Bolidens security standards and regulatory requirements.

This is agovernance and coordination role focusing on security frameworks risk management requirements and continuous improvement. You will act as thelink between IT OT Cyber Security and local automation teamsacross five smelter sites driving alignment and supporting security capability development.This is a new role forusso your contribution is of the highest importance.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Risk Management

• Definemaintain and improve security governance processes forIT &OT environments.

• Identify assess and prioritize security risks across smelter sites.

• Ensure compliance with Bolidens security frameworks standards and external regulations.

• Monitor adherence and drive risk mitigation activities.

• Serve as the central coordination point between IT OT Cyber Security and site automation teams.

• Translate security requirements into actionable expectations for OT environments and suppliers.

• Support sites in implementing Bolidens IT/OT security standards.

• Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives and alignment projects.

CoordinationRequirements &Support

• Lead or support improvement programs related to IT/OT security.

• Drive harmonization of security practices across all smelter sites.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing best practices and lessons learned.

• Assistlocal automation and IT teams with processes documentation and structured security work.

Communication & Collaboration

• Prepare and present governance documentation risk reports and improvement plans.

• Act as a trusted advisor to site managers automation engineers and IT teams.

• Foster constructive dialogue and strong collaboration between all stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Relevant education in IT/OT security engineering governance or similar.

• Solid understanding of OT environments and their unique risk landscape.

• Experience in risk management governance frameworks or compliance.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with NIST frameworks NIS2 requirements and ISO 27001.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-site environments.

• Structured analytical approach with stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence without formal authority.

• Proactive service-oriented andimproved-driven attitude.

• Valid driving license.
