Job Description
Responsibilities
- To support the corporate communications plan development and implementation. Work closely with internal colleagues and agency to ensure the high-quality deliverables for PA initiatives in the scope.
- To help manage Gilead China official presence on social/digital media platforms. Liaising with cross-function teams/colleagues on the content production and approval process for Gilead China website WeChat account and video channels.
- To support employee communication and engagement initiatives including but not limited to annual kick-off meeting townhall Gilead Month of Service and Patient Day activities.
- Contribute to other PA initiatives when needed.
Requirements
- 5 years agency or inhouse PR experience 3 years experience in healthcare
- Strong skills in content development and production
- Solid experience in digital/social media management
- Good writing in both Chinese & English strong interpersonal & coordination skills
- Proactive teamwork spirit great attention to details

工作职责
- 支持公司的年度企业传播计划与实施与跨部门同事和供应商紧密合作确保相关项目的高质量交付
- 协助管理吉利德中国的数字化/社交媒体平台与跨职能团队协作完成公司的中国官网微信号和微信视频号等平台的内容制作与审批
- 为公司内部沟通及员工活动提供支持包括并不限于公司年会员工沟通会吉利德志愿者服务月患者日等活动
- 为公共事务部其他工作提供支持
资历要求
- 5年以上公关公司或企业内部PR工作经验其中3年医药行业经验
- 具备良好的内容规划和创作能力
- 出色的数字平台社交媒体管理经验
- 良好的中英文写作能力沟通协作能力
- 积极主动注重团队合作关注细节
