JobSummary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented andcollaborative Product Definition Analyst with expertise in Amadeustravel technology to join our product this role you will serve asthe bridge between business requirements and technical implementation ensuringthat Amadeus-based products and services are accurately defined functionallysound and aligned with market and user needs.

The ideal candidate has hands-onexperience with Amadeus products such as Altea AmadeusSelling Platform or Amadeus Web Services and can translate complexbusiness use cases into clear product specifications and functional documents.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Gather analyze and clarify business and user requirements in collaboration with product managers business analysts and technical teams.
• Define detailed functional specifications user stories and data flows for Amadeus-related product features and enhancements.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for specific Amadeus modules or services ensuring product consistency and functional accuracy.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers developers QA and architects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate product features through functional testing acceptance criteria review and feedback from end users.
• Monitor industry trends customer feedback and competitive offerings to guide functional product development.
• Work closely with Amadeus or partner stakeholders to stay informed about product updates SDKs and API enhancements.
• Support product rollout training and post-release issue resolution.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems Travel & Tourism or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working with Amadeus systems in a product business analysis or functional definition role.
• Deep knowledge of Amadeus travel solutions such as Altea Suite (Reservation Inventory Departure Control) Amadeus Selling Platform or Amadeus APIs.
• Strong experience in writing user stories functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid project environments.

PreferredQualifications:

• Experience working with airline or travel industry products and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with system integration using Amadeus Web Services (SOAP/XML or REST).
• Knowledge of IATA standards (e.g. NDC PNR e-Ticketing).
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio Figma or similar.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) or Agile Product Ownership is a plus.
