Job Summary/Objective
A Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in our marketing team. This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital strategies as well as work with different departments and business units to ensure a unified marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Campaign Management
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO SEM email marketing social media and content marketing
Plan execute and analyze digital marketing campaigns
Market Analysis
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
Marketing Automation
Implement and oversee marketing automation tools and platforms to enhance campaign efficiency
Manage the digital marketing budget for optimal resource allocation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful
Coordinate with team members for integrated marketing efforts
Reporting
Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance to the Marketing Manager and other stakeholders

- Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field
- Experience: 5 years of proven experience as a B2B digital marketing specialist within the IT industry
- Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PPC email marketing social media and content marketing tactics
- Proficiency in data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
