Ratios are 1:4 for surgical step down and 1:5-6 for lower acuity Shift: NIGHTS 36 HOURS ONLY 13-26 weeks accepted Float Requirement: Will follow unit rotation - not first to float Weekend Requirement: 4 per 4 weeks (flexible) ** Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event mass casualty or disaster. SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: CABG AVR MVR TAVR Mitral Clip LAAO (Watchman procedure) VATS Carotid endarterectomy FEM-POP bypass Amputations Other vascular surgeries Cardiac surgeries Thoracic surgeries General thoracic surgery Post cath Post DCCV Post electrophysiology procedures Pacemaker placements. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Arterial lines (not required) Doppler Bladder scanner EKG Femoral sheaths TR band Fem-stop Chest tubes Epicardial Pacing Wires.
