Must Have:
DevSecOps pipeline build and maintenance
Application runtime environment provisioning using automation tools
Cloud architecture and deployment model design.
Linux shell scripting
OpenShift administration Azure PowerShell and Azure CLI
Experience in building Terraform templates and Ansible playbooks is a must-have.
Experience with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform).

related certifications.
Description
Responsibilities Design build and support cloud environments to create digital products. Monitor and assess the performance of applications in a cloud environment to ensure solutions are available. Create test and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and protect against unauthorized access. General Skills Experience in one of the leading cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud etc. Experience in maintaining complex Linux cloud environments like CentOS Ubuntu or CoreOS to support modern web technologies: LAMP MEAN Drupal and Elasticsearch Experience setting up development environments and mechanism using tools such as JIRA Confluence Maven and Jenkins or similar tools Experience in scripting languages like Python Bash PHP Java JavaScript Node etc. Experience in build tools like Git Ansible Chef Puppet etc. for continuous integration Knowledge of container-based virtualization technology like Docker Integration experience in building and using APIs Experience applying industry web architectural and security standards and best practices. Experience in mobile device management for various versions of cellular and tablets.
This position is listed as Onsite; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between standard working hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified Ontario Public Service (OPS) office location.

Roles and Responsibilities
This role will support the design and implementation of the SUS platform on public cloud IaaS. The DevOps/Cloud Engineer will be responsible for creating and updating service templates used for provisioning cloud resources and installing software required for running the business applications. The DevOps/Cloud Engineer will also be responsible for setting up the DevSecOps pipeline for the build and deployment of ministry applications across various runtime environments. The role will also be responsible for setting up configuring and maintaining common platform components such as logging auditing monitoring alerting vulnerability detection etc.
The role will support the operations team in troubleshooting application issues related to the platform components.
Skill Set Requirements
