We areseekinga highly skilledDeputy Program Manager (DPM)to provide leadership oversight and operational management for multiple contracts.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

This remote position requires 25% traveland offers the opportunity to drive high-quality program execution while supporting customer and subcontractor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Program Execution:Support the Program Managerin directing and managing multiple work groups across planning task order management budgeting property management and procurement. Ensure all work meets quality schedule and cost expectations.Work with the Program Manager toadjudicateregional allocation of headcount/workshare among teammates. Travel to assigned sites meet regularly with the client and employees. Understand regional compliance with all contract requirements. Support regional/serviceareafor continuous improvement andimplementimprovements. Work closely with the Program Manager on any staff or resource issue within the assigned regional/service area of the Program including the direction or re-direction of resources tofacilitateexecution of any task. Other duties as assigned.

  • Operational Management:Oversee cost schedule and technical performanceof program task orders. Lead technical and cost proposal development approval andsubmission.Inabsenceof the Program Manager act as primary POC to the client to ensure communication specific to that client.Developmonitor and recommend strategic plans to support contract requirements and emerging client needs. Monitor innovations/ improvements for success in contract execution. Work closely with ProgramManagement to make overall operational decisionsregardingdeployment of resources among regional/service locations. Provide management/inputs inselection training and performance of assigned and/or matrixed personnel.Manage regional staffing plans oversee regional resources and project execution;comply withall reporting requirements.Prepare andparticipatingin presentation of monthly internal program reviews and status reports as needed.Plan regional Teammate PMO and client meetings as needed.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the Program Managers absence providing updates on program performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.Interface with customers on a consistent basis to ensure thatteammeetsexpectationsmodifyplan/processes to successfully meet client requirements. Implement customer satisfaction process reporting and response; ensure metrics are captured and reported. Participate in investigations for corrective actions/nonconformance.

  • Financial & Compliance Oversight:Serve as funds manager ensuring compliance with contracts task orders and company/government policies. Monitor safety cost and technical performance.

  • Quality & Process Improvement:Lead portfolio-wide Quality Improvement Initiativesandmaintaindocument control processes including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Management Plans.

  • Staff Development & Team Management:Promote team moralethrough mentorship training and career development. Conduct performance evaluations manage staffing needs and oversee resource allocation.Assistwith defining staffing needs recruitmentretentionand development.

  • Strategic Growth & Business Development:Support Business Development efforts including proposal writing past performance documentation and technical submissions.Identifyopportunities for growth and expansion within existing contracts.

Qualifications

Education & Licensing

Masters degree in a related field with anactive clinical licenseat the highest state level in counseling social work or psychology.

Experience:

6 years of leadership experiencein behavioral health care operations within the Department of Defense corporate or civilian sectors.

  • Extensive experience in clinical supervisionof non-medical counselingnegotiatingandformalizingServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs)and wellness services (CEAP preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of military mission activities military treatment facilities civilian behavioral health wellness and EAP services.

  • Experience in a Program Management Office (PMO)is a plus.

  • Experience managing subcontractors.

Certifications & Skills:

PMP certification(or ability to obtain within six months).

  • Lean Six Sigma or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)preferred (or ability to obtain within six months).

  • Clinical supervisory credential preferred(or ability to obtain within one year).

  • A Secretlevel clearance at a minimum.
