Join Caplights private markets team to lead deal execution and client engagement for pre-IPO transactions. Youll work with institutional clients communicate investment opportunities and enhance marketplace efficiency. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of private markets serving top VCs and financial institutions.

What you will do:

Manage end-to-end deal origination and execution processes within Caplights pre-IPO marketplace.
Develop compelling financial analysis and marketing materials for institutional clients and new leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Design to optimize marketplace reliability and workflows.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or sales and trading ideally within the technology sector.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to simplify complex financial problems and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Is a proactive self-starter capable of independently driving projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight.
