We are seeking a self-motivated accounting oriented individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This full-time position will focus on AP AR tracking reviewing reporting and reconciling duties.

This position has many opportunities for growth and advancement!!

Responsibilities:

APPO variance reconciliation and adjusting
Product and Customer pricing reconciliation and verification
Customer RMA credit invoice processing
Customer account corrections/credits
Inbound freight reconciliation and verification
Costing report variance tracking and adjusting
Daily bank deposits
Petty Cash maintenance
Invoice and costing reports filing
Some customer service duties and help with Customer questions
Backup products/sales order process customer service duties - as needed.
Other accounting related responsibilities as needed. (Assist other receiving dispatch billing pricing agility etc.)

Requirements:

Associates degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years related experience in Accounting/Finance and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Industry knowledge is helpful. (Not a must.)
Basic computer knowledge.
Background and drug screening
