The ideal candidate has strong technical depth across frontend and backend technologies a keen eye for system design and a proven ability to mentor others while delivering high-quality production-ready software in an agile setup.
Responsibilities
- Design and developend-to-end web applicationsusing modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Architect and implementscalable RESTful APIsusingJavaSpring Boot andmicroservices.
- Lead design discussions and make architectural decisions that ensure scalability reliability and performance.
- Driveobservability monitoring and reliabilitythrough effective instrumentation and alerting practices.
- Own the performance and resiliency ofSLA-critical APIs ensuringoptimalresponse times and uptime.
- Implement and enforce guidelines for security including authentication authorization and data protection at all layers.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including product managers designers and engineers to deliver intuitive high-impact solutions.
- Contribute to shared frameworks libraries and engineering standards that enhance code quality and reusability.
- Conductcode reviewsdesign reviews and providetechnical mentorshipto junior engineers.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies tools and frameworks to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors orMasters degreein Computer Scienceor a related field with7 years of experiencebuilding andoperatingfull-stack production-grade web applications.
- Strong fundamentals incomputer science data structures algorithms and large-scale system design.
- DeepexpertiseinJavaSpring BootRESTful web services andmicroservices architecture.
- Good Experience inHadoopHBaseApache Ignite DynamoDB orother SQL/NoSQL databases including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience inobservabilityandmonitoringtools (Grafana Prometheus Elastic Stack Splunk New Relic or Datadog).
- Demonstrated success in performance tuning managing system resources and alignment with SLA requirements for critical APIs.
- In-depth knowledge ofweb security includingOAuth2JWTSAMLSSOand secure coding practices.
- Experience inevent-driven systemsandmessage queues(Kafka RabbitMQ).
- Proven experience withcloud-nativedevelopment and deployment (Docker Kubernetes CI/CD).
- Ensurehigh availability scalability and resilienceof production systems with a focus on observability and cost optimization.
- Good Experience in JavaScript TypeScript React HTML and CSS for crafting responsive modern user interfaces or equivalent experience.
- Experience withtesting frameworkssuch asJUnitMockitoJest orCypress.
- Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong communicationand collaboration abilities witha track recordofmentoringandtechnical leadershipwithin teams.
