Working Schedule : 12pm-9pm PST (Flexible scheduling with some PST overlap.)
This is an employee role that includes benefits such as health insurance paid U.S. holidays and 20 days of PTO.
The compensation will be as follows:
- U.S.: $60000$80000 base annually (with high comms earning potential up to 50% of your salary.)

Role Description:
We are seeking a strong and motivated Recruiter to work directly with exceptional candidates. This role will give you the opportunity to engage with top talent and leading start-ups in the AI space. You will:
- Communicate with top talent via email phone and video calls.
- Understand candidates skills experiences and career goals to match them with the perfect opportunities in our network.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies in our network to understand their hiring needs.
You will primarily focus on software engineers and GTM (Go-to-Market) talent in the US. As part of our early-stage team you will work closely with the founders and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling an AI start-up.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 3 years of experience in recruiting or sales (e.g. managing lead lists sourcing or interviewing candidates).
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with US clients ideally as part of a US boutique firm.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working in a start-up setting with scrappy processes and evolving structures.
