This role will be mostly remote with some potential day(s) on site (in Palo Alto/SF Irvine/Tustin or Vancouver area) with flexability depending on business needs
This is what youll do:
- Lead and execute recruiting strategy that takes into account Companys need to hire professionals at the tops of their fields who are located all over the country and the world
- Develop internal communications and processes for high internal visibility of progress toward achieving hiring targets
- Develop interview process that supports hiring for Rivians culture and values and work intensively with design engineering and business functions to improve every employees effectiveness at identifying the right talent
- Work hard exceed expectations challenge
This is what youll need:
- 5 years of recruiting experience conducting national talent searches preferably at a firm that experienced rapid growth for sustained period of at least 12 months
- Experience hiring for highly specialized technical roles
- Bachelors Degree preferred
