Aztrum is delighted to be working with a dynamic forward-thinking practice delivering innovative architectural solutions across residential commercial and mixed-use sectors.

The client is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of two large-scale residential projects across different phases offering the opportunity to contribute to high-profile schemes within a supportive and design-led environment.

Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• Assist in the management and technical delivery of a large residential project across two phases (approximately 700 units) covering RIBA Stages 46.

• Contribute to the development of technical design packages for a high-profile 30-storey residential tower currently entering early Stage 4.

• Support the delivery of the second phase at Stage 4/5 consisting of three separate buildings two of which are already on site (frame complete façade underway).

• Maintain strong client relationships acting as a key technical point of contact where required.

• Work collaboratively with the project team offering technical guidance to junior staff and contributing to a supportive team environment.

• Produce and review detailed drawings and technical information to ensure accuracy compliance and high-quality delivery.

• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the required technical and quality standards.

Essential Skills and Experience for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:

• 710 years experience in UK residential architecture ideally with exposure to high-rise and multi-occupancy buildings.

• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects with strong technical knowledge and package delivery experience.

• Practical delivery-focused technical skill set with excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients consultants and contractors.

• Proficiency in Revit; additional technical software skills are an advantage.
