RA Specialist and Assistant
1. Provide personal assistance to the China RA head in the in day-to-day business respecting the confidentiality and good practice.
2. In addition to standard secretarial activities (calendar meetings travel etc.) this position includes contributing to organizational changes and business improvement processes monitoring and if appropriate distribution of relevant corporate information provide support for external stakeholders and other departmental or company and R&D level projects.
3. For the specific sub-roles this includes the following responsibilities but not limited to:
- Internal approval activities related to RA and R&D
- Building a strong culture in RA and R&D
- Supporting engaging and caring for team members
4. Increasing responsibilities for regulatory activities
