Shift: Monday to Thursday (3:15pm to 1:15am)

When your actions lead to success:

• Work effectively with team to ensure and maintain quality accuracy and productivity throughout the production shift.
• Receive and validate counts for kitting.
• Ensure packing slips / checklists are followed for each locations kit.
• Ensure product quality and packaging is appropriate and completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and consumed materials.
• Replenish stock and order necessary boxes tapes labels etc.
• Validateand pull all materials listed on the job order.
• Lead and coach team members in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist and offer ideas that will help the kitting team improve their overall performance.
• Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback for the review process.
• Identify and make recommendations regarding skills requirements.
• Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations policies and initiatives including all first aid injuries accidents and workplace hazards.

When your expertise drives us:

• Excellent communication organization conflict management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as required
• Get it done hands-on approach and attitude
• One to three years of kitting experience is preferred
• Lift truck experience and forklift license in good standing is preferred
• One to three years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience leading a small team of people
• Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment and comply with strict deadlines
• Ability to foster and demonstrate positive team collaboration
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints/assembly drawings
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
