Your Expertise & What Youll Bring:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised individual with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for property. They value a collaborative spirit over corporate ambition looking for someone who thrives in a supportive less formal environment.
- Proven experience in an administrative role demonstrating exceptional organisational skills meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A clear willingness to obtain a property managers license upon commencement is essential.
- Competence in using Microsoft Planner MYOB and Excel for accurate data management reporting and scheduling.
- A confident well-presented individual who is a natural problem-solver. You thrive in a stable friendly team environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to handle rare property emergencies outside of standard hours (low frequency).
- A valid drivers license and access to a car are required for property inspections.
Drive & Deliver: Your Core Responsibilities
This varied role encompasses comprehensive property management project assistance and essential administrative duties. You will:
Property Management:
- Leadtenant and lease management including dispute resolution renewals and rent increases.
- Drivefinancial operations including raising invoices (rent/outgoings) and managing rental debtors (MYOB Excel).
- Delivermarketing leasing and negotiation efforts for potential tenants coordinating inspections and closing deals.
- Overseeproperty maintenance capital works and on-site inspections.
- Managesupplier invoices servicing contracts (fire pest control) and access systems (keys FOBs).
- Coordinateboardroom hire for the main office building.
Project & Administrative Support:
- Assist the management team with specific tasks including attending meetings taking minutes and supporting procurement.
- Provide on-site trade supervision as needed.
- Manage day-to-day office duties: phones filing welcoming visitors and maintaining office tidiness.
