Our client a well-established and respected property group in Adelaide is seeking a motivated organised and positive individual who is keen to start a career in property management. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone with strong communication skills confidence and an interest in property. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and offers the opportunity to be a true right-hand to the General Manager providing immense variety and impact.

About the Role

Youll be joining a friendly supportive environment that values teamwork and attitude over experience. While full training is provided this role does involve regular client and tenant interaction so confidence and professionalism are important.

What Were Looking For

No prior property management experience is required were looking for the right person with the right attitude. You will bring:

A confident well-spoken and professional manner comfortable dealing with clients tenants and contractors
A positive proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
The ability to communicate clearly in person over the phone and via email
A genuine interest in property management and willingness to obtain a Property Managers Licence upon commencement (essential)
Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (training provided for property systems such as MYOB)
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a supportive team environment
Flexibility to assist with the occasional after-hours property issue (rare)
A valid drivers licence and access to a car for inspections

Your Responsibilities

This role offers hands-on experience across property management and administration with full training and ongoing support.

Property Management Support:

Assist with tenant and lease administration including renewals and rent reviews
Support invoicing rent processing and debtor management (MYOB/Excel training provided)
Help coordinate property marketing inspections and leasing activities
Assist with property maintenance coordination inspections and contractor communication
Support management of servicing contracts (fire pest control etc.) and access systems (keys FOBs)
Assist with coordination of boardroom hire for the main office building

Administrative & Team Support:

Provide administrative support to the management team
Attend meetings take minutes and assist with procurement tasks
Help with on-site trade supervision when required
Manage day-to-day office duties including phones filing welcoming visitors and maintaining a tidy office environment
