Responsibilities and Qualifications (include but are not limited to):
- Responsible for estimating commercial and residential reconstruction projects in Xactimate and Symbility
- Perform inspections sketch and photograph projects
- Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements with insurance adjusters
- Sell/obtain approvals for projects and move them forward to production
- Establish budgets for the Project Managers
- Process change orders and supplements as necessary and in a timely manner
- Review files before billing for accuracy
- Be a leader that is self-motivated responsible proactive a team player
- Maintain a high level of customer service and follow through on projects as they transition into production
- Be a part of the sales process - build relationships with new and existing customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you arent afraid to pick up the phone!
- A team player who works well with other people
- Solid problem-solving skills who knows how to take the initiative
- Professional appearance positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
- Out of the box thinker who can push the boundaries of the norm
- Goal-oriented individual who will be committed to the team
- Highly advanced ability to prioritize tasks requests and demands.
- Capable of working comfortably at a computer workstation for the duration of the workday.
- Must have the ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to occasionally climb up a ladder
- Valid Drivers License and Clean DMV Record required
- Professional Employment References needed
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug screen subject to applicable law required
