RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

Job Overview

Position: Full-time Dentist
Salary: $200000$300000 per year
Location-Specific Offers:

Key Responsibilities

Lead a patient-centered dental team
Provide high-quality ethical dental care
Conduct full-mouth exams & diagnose conditions
Present treatment options and educate patients
Deliver efficient excellent clinical treatments
Collaborate with operations team to meet financial objectives
Mentor and coach dentists and dental staff
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through CE

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
