Position:Multisite Center Manager - Physical Therapist
Location:Gwynedd Valley and Fort Washington PA
Schedule:Full-time Monday-Friday. No weekends!
Compensation:Salary range is $85K-$95K based on your experience.
Incentives: $2k Sign on Bonus plus $350 per month in student loan assistance!
Are you a licensed physical therapist (PT) looking to take on a leadership role If so NovaCare is seeking a multisite center manager to cover our outpatient orthopedic centers located in Fort Washington and Gwynedd Valley. This position does require treating patients in addition to management duties.

Looking for multi-site center manager opportunity at Fort Washington & Gwynedd Valley NovaCare clinics; management mentorship will be provided; The Fort Washington clinic is a 2 clinician center that treats a high percentage of athletes as this location supports 2 local high schools Upper Dublin H.S. and Germantown Academy H.S.; clinic is also a Sports Center of Excellence; Gwynedd Valley clinic is a 1 year old new start up clinic with all new equipment

Responsibilities
- Manage operations of at least two therapy centers and assure efficient caseload management patient scheduling.
- Implement local market business plan including company objectives and initiatives.
- Assist in developing fiscal budets and strategic plans for assigned centers.
- Ensure profitiability and justify monthly profit and loss statement negative variance for your areas of responsibility.
- Help develop center-specific marketing/sales plans for traditional referrals.
- Ensure appropriate productivity and staffing levels and quality of care. Identify open positions and hire clinical staff in conjunction with manager. .
- Conduct staff orientation and training and conduct annual performance reviews of center staff with specific focus on development plans.
- Provide developmental opportunities for current staff (professional meetings college relations activities and patient care skills development opportunities). Recommend staff for recognition.
- Conduct routine quality assurance and corporate compliance audits in assigned centers.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree or higher in physical therapy
- Physical Therapist license in your state of practice
- CPR certification
