Location: Aspropirgos
Working Model: Hybrid
Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday morning hours
Contract: Fixed-term with potential for renewal
You will be reporting to: HR Manager
What you will do:
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar roles supporting the companys increasing production needs and ensuring smooth placement and onboarding of qualified candidates.
More specifically:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for light-industry roles (machine operators warehouse workers technicians)
- Screen CVs conduct interviews and assess candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Liaise with external partners agencies and networks to source talent
- Handle administrative tasks related to contracts documentation and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment KPIs and ensure timely reporting
- Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring procedures
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 13 years experience in recruitment ideally for blue-collar or volume-hiring roles
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments will be considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with MS Office & ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings under tight timelines
