The Job:

AstheKey Account Manageryoullbe part of ourSales to:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with key clients serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients business objectives and challenges to deliver customized solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements to ensurefavorableoutcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Monitor andanalyzeaccount performance to identify opportunities for growth including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of Key Account Managers fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Set clear goals for team members provide regular feedback and support ongoing professional development.
  • Develop and implement strategies for key account growth retention and satisfaction in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing Product Operations and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance sales forecasts and team achievements to senior management.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations promoting best practices throughout the organization.

About You:

  • Documented experience in sales.
  • Experience in leading managing or mentoring teams within a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy including planning budgeting and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities using innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel with proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
