What Youll Do

As Change Management Co-ordinator youll support the evolution of our change management processes from manual principles to automated workflows. Youll help implement and maintain the automated system coordinate change requests and ensure changes are tracked tested and communicated effectively across systems and stakeholders. This role bridges operational execution with strategic oversight.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a proactive and organised individual with experience in manufacturing or production environments. Youll bring strong project management analytical thinking and communication skills along with a collaborative and adaptable mindset. Familiarity with change management principles and systems like Mod Tracker Syspro and SharePoint is desirable but not essential.

Bonus if you have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management Project Management IT Engineering or related field
• Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2)
• Experience in change control process improvement or stakeholder management
