Job Summary
To draft and negotiate moderately complex bespoke legal agreements. To provide a comprehensive legal advisory service to multiple business areas and to identify manage and mitigate legal risks in respect of the Banks relevant products and services in accordance with the legal entity mandate regulatory requirements and within the parameters set out by the Head of Legal Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). To act as counsel to the Bank in multiple party negotiations.

5-7 years
Proven experience in legal research drafting and analysing legal documents with at least 3 years within the legal and/or financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors. Proven experience in the provision of standard and intermediate legal advice drafting vetting review dissemination and/or negotiation
Additional Criteria
Familiarity with Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation and standards
Established network with relevant financial regulatory and legal institutions
