Job Summary

  • Manage daily operations including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Manage Guest service and relations.
  • Train and orient new team members.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and brief the team on daily goals.
  • Appraise staff performance and motivate the team. 
  • Ensure all brand standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented. 
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • Bachelors in Hotel Management along with at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
