- Train and orient new team members.

- Appraise staff performance and motivate the team.
- Ensure all brand standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Qualifications :
- Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- Bachelors in Hotel Management along with at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
