We are looking for a skilled Google Dialogflow Bot Developer with strong Python programming expertise to design develop and optimize conversational AI solutions and self-service IVR components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dialogflow ES/CX Google CCAI Google generative playbook and integration with backend systems using Python. The role involves building scalable and intelligent virtual agents for voice and chat channels ensuring seamless customer interactions and leveraging AI/ML capabilities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 7 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in Dialogflow ES/CX.
- Strong programming experience in Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (CCAI Pub/Sub Agentic AI Cloud Functions Cloud Run BigQuery).
- Expertise in designing and deploying RESTful APIs and webhooks for bot fulfillment.
- Knowledge of NLP/NLU principles speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (CRM contact centers databases etc.).
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Experience with version control (Git) CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX and Google generative playbooks.
- Build and maintain dialog flows intents entities and fulfillment services.
- Develop Python-based middleware backend services and APIs to integrate bots with enterprise systems.
- Optimize bot performance by implementing NLP best practices context management and error handling.
- Collaborate with UX and business teams to define conversation design and user journeys.
- Implement logging monitoring and analytics to track bot performance and improve customer experience.
- Provide technical leadership mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
