Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement new modules and features within a new React Native application in the making.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of the application.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases focusing on code quality testability and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the Expo and React Native ecosystems.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in React Native development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React framework fundamentals.
- Proven experience developing and shipping complex mobile applications.
- Experience utilizing techniques for scalable clean-architecture applications like domain-driven design unit testing and strict linting and tools like TanStack Query Zustand and Stryker.
- Solid understanding of mobile application lifecycle security and performance optimization techniques.
Nice to have
- Experience with other mobile development platforms and technologies such as:
- iOS Native (Swift/Objective-C)
- Android Native (Kotlin/Java)
- Web Technologies
- Prior experience working on applications in the financial services sector
