THE ROLE We are seeking a Legal Counselfor a global company based in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will support the Procurement function across the EMEA and US regions providing strategic legal advice on both construction and procurement-related contracts. Reporting to the Head of Legal the successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions delivering practical and commercially focused advise. Fluency in English is required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft review and negotiate a broad range of procurement contracts including both direct and indirect procurement agreements as well as product supply contracts.
Provide legal support on complex construction contracts including ongoing contract management change orders and claims.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Advise on legal risks contractual obligations and compliance matters in line with internal policies and applicable laws.
YOUR PROFILE
Masters degree in Law
Strong experience in commercial contracting ideally with exposure to EPC or construction agreements.
Pragmatic adaptable and solution-oriented with demonstrated business acumen.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Fluent in English.
